Technically weak, short term trader should have sold. But, Johor Corp is buying. Looking to add, I am not selling.

Posted by BruceAlmighty > 2013-09-24 12:01 | Report Abuse

it will back up to 6.30 that's 200 MA on chart

Posted by BruceAlmighty > 2013-09-24 14:35 | Report Abuse

probably those who bought on 19sept are selling off today with contra losses

Posted by BruceAlmighty > 2013-09-24 14:37 | Report Abuse

noticed some big player(s) are queueing at 6.20 to absorb those who sell for contra losses today

Posted by BruceAlmighty > 2013-09-24 14:38 | Report Abuse

yes big player(s) are absorbing those who sell.... seeing it now 418,300@6.20 VS 359600@6.21

Posted by BruceAlmighty > 2013-09-24 14:39 | Report Abuse

it keeps queueing up at 6.20 so this is a strong support line, i suppose

Posted by BruceAlmighty > 2013-09-24 14:40 | Report Abuse

once bought all at 6.21, it will move up towards 6.30 (200 MA line)

In the medium term I expect the price to drop further towards 6.
The big players are epf and prob jcorp. Jcorp would want to push the price up as right issue
is coming soon

not just right issue, but with bonus issue as well, if purely right issue, this is very negative to a monopoly business like kpj.

healthcare is still a top notch industry in malaysia, provided the company is well managed.

so far, IHH is much better managed than this KPJ.

medical cost inflation is on average 12% per annum
compare IHH PE of nearly 60, i would say KPJ PE of 30 pretty fine
I have been buying @ RM 3 since 2011 and still holding and collecting. i think mid long term is totally fine

Is that all proposal happen at same date?...
There is 2option...

1.Give out KPJ-OR with specify price to subscribe then give warrant and bonus issue.

2.Undergoes bonus issue first then only out right issue with warrant listed later...

atm healthcare stocks seem to be falling out of favour for investors but i'm seeing it a good time to collect while others aren't. nvm the hiccups in their projects but the long term prospects are the main key driver

not true, u can't see healthcare "at the moment" (not like FMCG), instead c the five years reports/trend, both revenue/profit and share price continuously up. healthcare is one of the pillar under Visit M'sia 2014 alone, already several funds been invested in the sector. watchout for counter that have exposure outside m'sia in this sector. good luck!

ihh's valuation is better but kpj is rewarding its shareholders well with current bonus & rights issues+warrants. so decide urself :)

most ppl find it troublesome to subscribe the rights issues coz hav to do it manually but tht's fine with me.

yup, from retailer perspective both have their strength. kpj is local king, ihh has operation outside m'sia. adventa is the lowest entry to this sector with local and regional exposure plus ETP prj on hand. yr $ yr choice!

i hav both as a hedge. u forgot to mention sime darby who its private healthcare division as well. perhaps they wanna list it into a separate entity in future after expansion.
