Kpj-wb conversion 1:1 mother share at conversion price rm4.01 , so total rm.305 + rm4.01 =rm4.315 , now kpj trade at rm 3.30, premium rm1.015 or 30% pemium .

bimb-wa is a good case study, both mother's shares r similarly volatile. currently bimb-wa stand at .705c, premium of 28%. for case like this premium best stay below 30%. yr $ yr choice!

it is unacceptable. For kpj-wb there is a 5 years timeframe and 30% I feel is acceptable.
If you buy at 60 cts,you are paying about 4.60 per kpj share. To double your money in 5 years
