LTAT is no more the major share holder of DKSH
Notice of Person Ceasing to be a Substantial Shareholder Pursuant to Form 29C of the Companies Act. 1965

LTAT has disposed most of the DKSH share in open market at very high price after making a lot of money and transfer the money to OCK.
LTAT has increase OCK share to more than 13.56%

When Bursa announce "Notice of Person Ceasing to be a Substantial Shareholder " meaning that less than 5%. Maybe they are still in the process of changing hand. Sell first and buy back and sell again.

My first target for OCK is $1.50, 2nd target $1.70. Hopefully can reach $2.00 before go to main board.
OCK need LTAT to go to main board.

Going to be stagnant for a very long time.
Small timer not going the chase at $9.00.......High risk.....little gain in term of %
Big boy still changing hand inorder to delay another 3 days because they have no plan to pick up.

At the moment Harison looks more attractive than DKSH. Announcing their dividend soon. Switching now will be more painful. Last week would have been ideal. At current price still undervalued.

Even inspite of dividend announcement, share still hammered down. How low can it still go? Only consolation is its low volume. Anyway my interest is only acadamic, as I had disposed all my shares in early April. If you are not scared of catching a falling knife, you can be handsomely rewarded when the price picks up.

you can't keep on holding the same company for too long.....you need to find new target...
Most of the formal DKSH share holders already transfer their fund to OCK.....including LTAT.

SHQuah, I beg to differ.
Will u sell your company if u know it is making money, and will be making more money in future?
Unless u have no confident in the management, or the prospects of the company, then u should leave as soon as u find out this company is not what u look for.

I've already make a lot from DKSH - bought $2.00, Sold $8.00
Now I am making from OCK - average $0.95 Now $1.35

In fact, I told Neohts about LTAT and OCK... That time OCK only around 80sen..
Did I regret?
Nah.. OCK didn't give me the confident to hold on if the market shut down for 10 years.
By the way, I'm only 30.

LTAT is in Bursa top 30 share holder listing, in fact LTAT is in top 30 listing of what wei xin posted. The top holding of LTAT in term of total value which is > 100 mil will be Boustead Holding, Affin Holding, globaltec. In term of percentage that is > 10% will be Affin, Boustead, Goodway, Kelington, Pharmaniaga, OCK.
