Malton divest Pavilion already greatly alleviate financial burden to build up the mall at cost which only able to commecial operate in 2021. The divestment mall also monetize the mall prematurely as the mall already in progress up to 42% now.
Aiyah just give us 5 sen lah. It is less than RM30 million. It is not much for the company,but will be nice dividend for everyone to share plus can boost the share price.
antidebt Rich people will come by HSR from Singapore direct to Bandar Malaysia. Not only singaporean but also tourist from all over will come also. They who visit singapore will only need to spend a few hours to arrive at Bandar Malaysia. Just imagine there is a Pavillion Mall at the location. Super good opportunity. The doctor is now in Qatar to promote Malaysia. Desmond Lim and Qatar Investment Authority are partners in Pavillion. Now just hope they can make a deal.
486 acres is a very big piece of land. CREC and IWH will need other developers to join hands or develop portions of it by piece meal sale of land. Each developer has it's own ability and Malton is well known for Pavillion with financial backing from Qatar Investment Authority. To attract tourist to make their way from Singapore for a day trip, the shopping experience has got to be top notch and that is where I believe Pavillion Bandar Malaysia will shine. Just my opinion as of course there are so many possibilities of a good shopping experience.
