PER of less than 4 after minus off the cash on hand.
Dividend of more than 5% per year.
Mana mau cari this kind of stock in Bursa.
This stock is truly under value.

if u check kfima earning history, normally q3 got the highest profit. so it is inaccurate to use the highest profit quarter x 4. you will overestimate the profit.

if u buy at current price, you can get at least 4% dividend yield. But not much capital gain on share price, as it hovers around 1.7x to 2.0 in the past 1 year.

kfima business very resilience , bulking storage, Dcup sardine, palm oil , securities printing , dividends increase every year, if management plan to venture into new business , they don't even need to borrow from banks, too bad the management which also i guess is the biggest shareholders, they are quite conservative, playing too safe

all for all,the div payout is likely to go up each passing year, buy/invest at current price , it is a sure bet to preserve your money purchasing power
