Intrinsic Value of KFIMA is RM3.33, potential gain of 44%
Using a Reverse engineering DCF calculation shows that at the current price, the market is expecting 0.5% growth in KFIMA free cashflow for the rest of its life which is very unlikely.
@coolio the last 2years kfima was loaded with capex, par down the FCF, following years more $$ will be generated., I choose discount rate r:15 percent due to poor section fr tuna area., coming forward bulking will take the lead in $$ generation...., my 0.2 cts
KFIMA has got plenty of cash to weather through the storm, unless they are meddle with risky investment/M&A, I'll be revaluate again. These days, cash is definitely king/queen.
KFima at 35 cents? It must be many yrs ago. You are great in catching KFima at unbelievable low price. My entry price is 1.50 in 2010. The return till today is so so only. I do not hold a lot as I have a concern in its mgt team with full "horses".......... Thks.
