Agree that Triplc could well turn out to be a good buy and be a starting point for more new business ventures. I don't think Rozali will overpay too much considering that his percentage holding in Puncak is higher than in Triplc.

People worried when nothing was done with the cash, and now people worried again when a new business is initiated.

I am positive with the development because Triplc is a profitable company.

2cent opinion, theboss hold 28% of tri but 39% of puncak.As a wise bizman dont think the deal is likely to create something unfair to puncak. well still unknown about the deal, according to annoucements is to eat some of the biz of triplc right, not buying the whole company, mayb is a merger. well is a good move for merge.since tri hav solid construction based w/o strong cash, but puncak with strong cash flow so can bid for biggest project. Therefore i think is wise and safe to invest in puncak, since the price still undervalue compare to its netcash. with rm2/shares cash, i dont think eat just eat triplc and scale up the biz will damage a lot, the current situation of the company just like the hungry buaya to hunt for any foods.

lousy_result, you read lousy report with lousy eyes... Puncak's huge loss in last quarter is mainly due to impairment and hasn't had much impact on its cash flow. Read the cash flow statement before commenting, of course, only if you know
