The company have make a good decision to keep the cash but still have the Estate. with the high CPO there will be able to turn to profit for plantation. If at current price still could not profitable than better sell the estate. Now Plantation is having workers shortage as high as 30%. So all the plantation share which is up will look for when Indonesian allow the workers coming to Malaysia.

Actually margin slowly improved from 3% to 4% due to a lot of non performance assets sold past two years. Cash portion you should add short term investments and cash balances together.
