8888, U don’t know how to read financials? Do u know what is gearing? Do u know what is current liability position? Loan doesn’t mean bad if u can REPAY it n the benefit outweighs the cost. Anyway, not going to give u any pointers, use the same mindset to invest… u shld put ur grudges against KYY not me, he is the 1 tht as ppl to buy Subur, not me!

Since Crowe issued modified audit opinion on end Apr, it’s shares price went down in stages. There are ample time for u to retreat, but u have chosen to stay on despite this audit opinion, who else to blame?

kyy has sold all his holdings in subur. on 8th may, kyy said subur is the best stock to buy and you can even go borrow money to buy if you dont have money. on 11th may, kyy said subur is going up higher and should go even higher as weak holders are selling. then on 20th may, he said he has sold all his subur to buy hengyuan. those who listened to him must be stuck now.

kyy has sold subur and went into hengyuan. am, however, not sure if he is still collecting hengyuan or selling them off now. hengyuan appears to be weakening after strong movements a few trading days ago.

In times like these, those who play margin are wiped out. These greedy rogue traders almost certainly lose in the long run. So, always buy what you can afford and hold. So, the famous geezer here who dabbles frequently and make his recommendation on SUBUR will probably have perished in the severe shorting of this stock by the shorties. subur... is a funny case lah, good business, and now with CPO u, profits coming but have run out of cash to run daily business, and then when you see the BS - balance sheet and not bullsheet - there is a 53m treasury shares, who ask to go buy ur shares, when you cud have used it for working capital.... lesson 101 of how to apply wrong strategy, and then have people like kyy out o fblue promote the counter and make ppl get sucked in..... just look at kfima, quiet counter quiently planting its palm oil trees, no one kacau..... only me, and its slowly gaining ground.... no hu ha no margin call no kyy :-) happy hunting

What is the key diff in ownership & management between Bplant V Subur leh ?
Bplant reward its shareholders by distributing reasonable dividend whereas Subur siphoned cash & profit for its own major shareholder profit mah!

In other words even if Subur going to make good profits, they are not going to share any with u loh!

On the other hand, u can rely on Bplant for its good corporate governance mah!
And right now Bplant is actually making more monies than Subur loh!

If read latest Annual Report >90% Subur owned by top 30 shareholders. Then share price is higher. Meaning they see Subur very valuable hence own tightly.

If 2 companies merge into 1 they save money paying directors salary, etc. By issuing shares for takeover not 1 sen of money is needed.
