Sell high buy low ... Sell portion of shares at 0.8 ++ . Now can buy a little a little when it keep drop ..
Recall that the Jland was privatized by Jcorp at 1.50 per shares.. Before announce my , the share price still around 0.75. Although this counter'a every quarter financial result is not compatible with Jland, the point is the majority shareholder- pahang state government ...

Further drop 10 sen after ex date. Is it cheaper ?? For a simple theory, is anyone willing to hold the shares to get 4 sen dividend and then sell you at 0.68?

The rule of privatisation is simple, as long as the big boy have above 50% shareholding, they have all the say. Secondly, with a mere 26% floating, it will be quick game to privatise. Thirdly, the lesser people know, the merrier the game.

So, u think it will be privatised? The have many landbanks which are in the dark or deals could not be revealed. U think it is that easy?

This is one of the most dirty glc.
