VS already well known by whole world it bags good contracts due to US-China tradewar. definitely without operators like OTG and KYY, it needs to rest a while and according to announcements from bursa, insider buyback and company directors buyback, price range around 0.8 until 1, so it still has big room to go. worst come to worst, TP 1.20

Hope Wednesday morning press conference will satisfy the market confidence as the Bursa release did not actually motivate the market confidence as information withheld due to certain constraints. I am sure VS will disclose much more information to satisfy the analyst for a better recommendation

External factors remain good, internally, Msia signed big palm oil contracts with China, a good move. VS is the most aggressive one in this regions with many opportunities opened for them. Even the China operations listing moneys, but capital gains there could enable management to distribute high dividends n bonus shares, what else we want from such good set up...hope press conference clear the little doubts remain with IBs

@goodiewilly...VS...why so easy to get full assembly contract plus sub-contract...from such branded products like Dyson, Keurig, Bissell, Zodiac, Panasonic, Diamond, Seeing Machine, more than 15 MNC...n many more to come...So easy leh...n mind you please find out how much sales Dyson n Keurig make per year...!!!...GL...Guys n Gals...!!!

威铖（VS，6963 ，主板工业股）通过独资子公司Guardian东南亚私人有限公司，与BISSELL国际贸易公司（BITCBV）签订合约，为BISSELL品牌生产特定家庭护理产品。

合约未具体说明产品数量和金额，但BITCBV需在每月15日，提供Guardian东南亚未来6个月产品数量的最新预测和更动，以此计算合约金额。

行家建议：

随着主要客户去年11月宣布减产，威铖目前能获得另一份合约，填补产能过剩的空缺，绝对是相当意想不到的大反转。

BITCBV是北美知名的家庭护理品牌，据我们所知，该公司产品主要都是在中国生产，基于中美贸易关系紧张，故将生产地转移至我国，威铖可说是中美贸易战下最早的受惠者。

威铖或将使用前年购得的12万平方尺厂房，生产BISSELL品牌产品，我们相信每年的合约价值，料介于2亿至2亿5000万美元（约8亿1492万至10亿1865万令吉）。

基于产能提高，该公司赚幅也将录得改善，我们上调2020与2021财年盈利预估，至33%与29%；目标价也从82仙，调高至1.25令吉。

Just careful on your investment. Additionally, certain reputed trading houses calling for "Strong Sell". Unless the management is coming up with more good news this week. Otherwise quite a challenge to expect huge hike in pricing. Good luck to everyone.

获美顶尖品牌订单　威鋮盈利前景乐观

（吉隆坡4日讯）去年杪预警一家主要客户將削减订单的威鋮集团（VS，6963，主板工业股）上週五宣布，获得来自美国顶尖品牌公司的合约，市场人士正面看待威鋮集团盈利前景。

无论如何，之前已经偷步走高的威鋮集团，股价週一掉头下滑，以1.03令吉掛收，全天滑落6仙或5.5%，成交量为6439万1000股，是全天第7大热门股。

威鋮集团是在上週五（1日）宣布，获得新客户--必胜国际贸易（Bissell International Trading）颁发供应合约，为BISSELL生產特定家用清洁產品，负责成品组装（Box Build）。


此合约从2月27日开始，为期3年。必胜国际须在每个月15日向威鋮集团提供接下来6个月需求预测数据，合约价值则视订单数量而定。


首家东南亚供应商

必胜专门產销各种清洁设备，如吸尘机与地毯清洁器等，是美国小型家用电器市场最畅销的品牌，市佔率预计逾二成。值得一提的是，必胜绝大部份產品在中国製造，此次增加在中国以外的生產商，是出于对中美贸易纠纷的担忧。威鋮集团是必胜首位东南亚区域供应商。

威鋮集团管理层此前披露，將会有特定厂房供新客户专用。马银行投行分析员预期，必胜订单很大可能会是用该集团在2017年买入、佔地12万平方尺的厂房生產。他相信，若真如此，合约价值应在2亿至2亿5000美元之间（约8亿至10亿令吉）。

JF艾毕斯证券补充，初始订单可能不会太大，但预计会日益增加。大眾投行分析员称，若合约价值为5亿令吉，威鋮集团2020和2021財政年盈利料潜在提高15%。

投行一致看好这可正面影响威鋮集团盈利前景，但在等待管理层週三（6日）举行的分析员匯报会上作出进一步宣布大部分分析员保持盈利预测不变，只有马银行投行在週一报告中將威鋮集团2020和2021財政年盈利预测各上修33%和29%，同时也將毛利赚幅（GPM）预测稍微调涨至12%。

另一边厢，管理层透露，在获得新订单之际，公司与其他主要客户的关係依旧良好，让分析员感到宽心。

综上所述，马银行投行与大眾投行將威鋮集团的投资评级上调至「买进」，马银行投行也將目標价从82仙，提高到1.25令吉。此外，JF艾毕斯证券亦將目標价调涨至1.27令吉，但维持评级不变。
