威铖（VS，6963，主板工业股）的股项在上周四宣布业绩前后，吸引投资者注意。威城在上周二业绩宣布两天前，已经价量齐升。

不过，该集团股项在业绩宣布后，在周五表现先盛后衰，并在创下87仙的高位后，全天倒跌1.5仙至闭市时的83仙。该集团的公司凭单威铖WB（VS-WB）则整个星期都在2至3仙范围波动，最终以2.5仙结束上周交易。

威城是一家领先的综合电子制造服务（EMS）供应商，并在大马、中国和印尼设有厂房。该集团在截至2023年4月30日结束的2023财政年首三季的营业额达到34.4亿，比2022财政年同期的29亿上涨约18%。

尽管营业额上升，该集团的净利润从 1.352 亿令吉，下降 12.8% 至 1.178 亿令吉。

该集团在业绩报告表示，盈利下跌是因为电力、劳动力和融资成本增加，以及外汇亏损导致。

展望其前景，威城预计未来一个季度的需求可能会上升。该集团也深信其经验丰富的管理层，良好的业绩记录和稳健的资产负债表，将为公司在面对挑战时提供强力的支持。

VS-WB目前的溢价达到69%，这对一项还有一年就到期的凭单来说是很高的。其高达42.4%的引伸波幅比母股历史波幅高，使得VS-WB理论上也估价昂贵。

不过，由于该凭单价位低，每个价位波幅极大，使得该凭单仍具有投机价值。VS-WB的有效杠杆其实也达到相当高的5.36倍，使得一些投机者仍然愿意搏一搏。

this is the silent info to the silent indicator to the investors where the company standing situation .... if company so confident to give more esos to their down floor what is the meaning !!
might be down for sometime due to force selling to them to collect their bonus
and the same time giving the opportinity to the investors collect at the low price
4me this is the turning point where the share to rise up to the new high

SC need to stop this. Market price 88 sen. 8 million shares set at 45 sen Esos. Everybody, staff subscribers & directors laughing to the bank. Every year additional new Esos scheme will only benefit certain parties. Just like printing machine {Atm} Minorities can only keep their fingers crossed and pray.

Without prejudice. Generally Esos shares scheme is granted to eligible employees and directors in as an additional incentive pay compensation { apart from the standard normal bonuses and salaries.} If the scheme is tied on a time scale period e. g. period of 5 years. Every year he or she can exercise 20% of the entitlement. 1st year 20%, follow by another 20% the second year etc
