Phoebe,如果你是要收购其余股权的那位，你觉得那个业绩报告可以相信吗？呵呵。既然有人说献购价不合理，结果造成收购告吹，那么接下来的业绩报告是会有少许变动的，市场是很黑暗的，为了让小股东死心，什么都有可能～所以那种只是一种技巧，你何不想想为什么他们那么在意收购全部股权呢？～

因为这粒股冷门了一段时间了，是该让他热热了，要不然公司单靠业绩也未必赚钱，只有靠市场把他们手上的股炒高了，那么就能帮公司专亏为盈，股东们也可以大捞一笔，这样说对吗，咖啡兄?

因为钱，因为利润，因为生意量，
这个公司没有很多地皮，工厂可以变卖啊，所以应该不会为了收购后把地皮或厂房拿去卖吧。。。

Phoebe,无论他们怎样做，送红股虽会抵消每股盈利，但你也拿到抵消之中股数，但公司的价值，始终没有变过啊，变除了股价再上扬之外，可能再值钱一点点，整体来说都不会有太大的变化，只是一种隐眼法而已。通常大多数人很热爱红股，因为都在等待分了红股再炒上去的观念而已。那样你的资本就持续阔大咯～

那么kopi哥，
操盘手现在就开始炒高，然后拉低，再配合11月的季度报告，
1次性eps锐减，股价又跌了，觉得不值得继续了，
抛票的人就应该很多了咯，那么就完全达到预先准备的棋盘了，
所以这次花那么长的时间准备，也就非常值得了。。。

KENG,bintai应该是在让套牢的人割肉，所以pattern多多。7up，SYF要看母股过得了505没有，要是525，孩子就应该205了或更高。你那么急卖这粒股干嘛?割了NEXGRAM这粒垃圾更好，我喜欢syf的节奏，哈哈。
