ben0303, there is no different between industrial oxygen and medical oxygen...for medical purpose only need to add on top of the cylinder the Medical Oxygen Flowmeter Regulator, Humidifier Bottle and Nasal Cannula. they sell this in shopee, go and check.

Please check also who is BIG customer, many hospitals from malaysia and brunei. not only oil & gas client.

ben... you need to go their website ,http://bigind.com.my/project/gas-division/ , and scroll the bottom , u'll see they supply to hospital also, takkan give them industrial gas...? peace~
