don't be so straight la, think from operator perspective, the break out is created to trap people, mean outsider kena trap lo.
u need to twist the mindset if the counter is operator vs small investor, if u invest Taiwan share before u will notice this pattern common

usually if goreng the common process for operator will be make it drop collect ticket in multiple level or wait and collect ticket throw at multiple bottom, then wait until the selling pressure become very low, and then they eat up few time show bullish trend and attract people, end dump in large amount (will cause limit down) or they out in sideway pattern (usually will have good news) or along uptrend in small amount
real scenario will be more complex and same stages or whole process can happen multiple time
