Based on last QR EPS 0.65, if we annualized is 2.6
@ PE 10 - RM0.26
@ PE 20 - RM0.52 (HIAPTEK PE 22 @ RM0.44)
@ PE 26 - RM0.67 (Standard PE for steel industry).

Current price RM0.165 is very undervalued.

Company also improve profit margin and next QR will be even more since steel price keep increase.

For the quarter under review, the Group recorded a pre-tax profit of RM2.61 million as
compared to a pre-tax loss of RM2.37 million in the previous quarter. This was mainly
due to suspension of operation during Movement Control Order in the preceding quarter.
The Group also reported better gross profit margin at 17.8% which directly contributed
to the positive bottom line of the Group.

it's a yes n no.... depends on market and operators as well...but for me there's no reason for ykgi to not test the next resistance since it successfully breaks its previous high and handsomely close at 0.235...but then again we will see tomorrow how the market will react... goodluck
