index record high but this counter sleeping for more than 5 yrs .Luckyly the company is still cash rich, However the cash reserve is mainly due to the property disposal in yr 2010 for RM16.5 million. The disposal price of RM16.5 m was agreeed in EGM held in yr 2005. Is the selling price based on the 2010 market value ? The answer is definetly no.........................

the shareholders should go egm to against the financial assistant to the associated company proposal. It us unfair to the Amtel shareholders.Now , the future of the company uncertain after proton took over by DRB. The cost cutting measurement implement by proton have caused the company GPS products dropping heavily. To finance RM15 million to the associated company is no the right move as the company only controlling 35% stake.......

it is happy to received dividend.But if the financial assistant to associated company RM15 million take place then maybe no more dividend next yr. Why control 35% need to put in RM15 million and other 2 shareholders no need come out money?Is this really transparent and fair to the minority shareholders?

Gam project have yet approval from mida, miti and finance ministry. But the board already ask approval to injecting the fund into the project. It is really cnt accept the action taken by the board.
