Thank you YiStock for your reply. Your worry is same as mine except it might not be the same problem. TGuan has recently announced disposal of old, unproductive plant and machinery. Could there a loss on such disposal for FY 2016? I believe it should have some impact on its financials.

Have to filtered out those contra kaki first b4 the price set in to stabilise . Many contra kaki got trapped since the rebound is weak with low volume as l foresee this counter can buy to hold for longer termed . No contra business to be serious

Actually we as investor's , we cannot rely too much from certain research houses with vested interests to interests e shared down to benefits them . The valuations by certain research houses have different mode of valuations deemed fitted those who had forecast to sold earlier . By no choice they have to push the shared price lowered to collect cheaply for another run up . Yi Stock has forecast tguan Q3 financial results to be profitable so that does not necessarily to push the stock price to below valuation . OTB is said to be collecting so what the big fussed since tg is not posing financial losses in Q3 2016 .
Collect with your sound investment policy rather to rely too much on certain research house with vested interest to collect cheap and win big . The decisions is yours to decide .

Desptie good reports written by YiStock, KC Chong,Harryt30 and others, TGuan is now subjected to a lot selling pressure. Is the sales done by insiders? or weak holders cashing out for short term gain? I strong believed Yistock's recent report is authentic and projecting an increase of profit in the range of 20-25 millions for coming quarter results ending 30th Sept 2016. Let us keep this point in mind when investing.

As for Tguan , I Cap did not suggest when the price has reached 2.50 and why when it hits 4++ , it sudden claim to pair down the price to 2.50 with its reported valuations to dampened and influence investors confidence .

Behind the scenes , there are certain research houses with vested interests upon certain favourable stocks in their holdings .

Invest with your own decisions and assumptions not fully based on just investments advice alone !

This stock should be evaluated on the basis of full conversion of both War and LA. A special dividend will quicken the conversion process.
On the flip side the enlarge share base will cap share price due to dilution.
