Employee pay 9c for esos, money go back to company under cash. Not free mah. Company use this cash to buy back the share from open market. So share become company share inventory. Eventually, either esos or share buy back. It still under the company. It dilute the share and then consolidate the eps from open market again. They might give back to share holder by bonus issue or cancel share from inventory perhaps. Or may when price go up and sell back to open market to get money. Business like that mah.
looking at the amount they ESOS and the amount they buy back, seems like a big gap.. question is who benefit the most from this ESOS.. the article really put it in a good way.. feeding the greedy top management
Look at the amount of treasury shares now 2.33% of total units. They just buyback from 2 months ago and within short period already accumulated quite a lot of treasury shares. Do u think it just sit there doing nothing for shareholders? Company doing shares buyback for fun or rewarding shareholders soon? Sooner or later also the reward exercise will be justified haha!
If all currencies of the world failed at times of real conflicts, what else is the real currency of the world other than gold? Why central banks worldwide and countries are still buying real gold bars? Hmmm.....hmmm.....
ESOS at 0.09 sen is unattractive for staff to buy Bornoil shares. What are the terms of the ESOS? Clearly it is undiscounted from open market price of 0.085-0.09sen? Staff why INCENTIVISED to take up the ESOS? We need to better understand the terms n conditions of the ESOS offered to staff?.
Company not stupid, maybe the investors stupid. Can't find any good reasoning why a company want to heavily introduce so many more shares through ESOS. So what if they buyback, are they going to use the treasury shares to offer bonus shares again? if they do that, good luck again because in the end top people pocket is filled, all the small investors get burn because share will further dillute.. just my 2 cents.. don't get offended yeah
Tell me....u bought a house, land or even placed an FD....all these also gotta wait mah...If u bought shares of a company and frustrated in waiting then this form of investment may not be suitable for u lah aiyoyo
Looks like the "investors" in this company can't take constructive comments. Just pointing out the fact that you should not keep consoling your self with a non-realistic hope / theory. Look at the bigger picture. All the best and don't get offended again yeah.
Good luck in the coming QR report. i think no one want to envy people who are losing money, interesting point you made there. Best wishes to you and happy holiday
