another 10% new private placement. this time the lowest price subscribed not 0.025 anymore.... Will be 0.01.... over past 2 years, 20% PP, 20% ESOS... and now 10% PP.... retailers share value has been diluted 50%.... even worse to WC and WD....

Agree. If @ 30-Jun-2022, the quoted price of Verde is lower than the quoted price of Verde @ the last 31-Mar-2022, there would be a fair value loss on Verde investment.

#I'm not sure if Bornoil has other quoted share counters in its investment portfolio.

On 31 March 2022, Verde quoted price is closed @ USD 0.1465. I think, the value of Verde shares in the last QR should be valued based on this price.

if NTA of 0.11 really reflects the fact ( not like serbak dinamik) and company has real and good business expansion plan, operators cannot really press the price further lower than 0.02... hopefully there are other sharks secretly eyeing bornoil and suddenly swallow the shares and become major shareholders...

I guess all the warrants will most likely go to zero eventually as more rounds of new shares via private placement or ESOS cannot be ruled out. So it is prudent to just get back whatever money you can by selling all your warrants now and if you still have faith in the company's future , you should just buy the ordinary shares with the proceeds.
