令吉回升助攻，巴迪尼如鱼得水 （source： The Busy Weekly，资汇，5-21 May 2017）

1) 令吉升成本降

分析員看好巴迪尼主因是令吉兌人民幣反彈，可降低該公司從中國採購成衣的成本。同時，1月的華人新年效應和消費者情緒好轉，亦為該公司的淨利加分。

巴迪尼向來通過採購代理從中國進口80%至90%的成衣，進口成本以人民幣計算。因此，外匯波動對該公司的淨利賺幅會造成一定的影響。

肯納格研究分析員表示，即便在令吉匯率疲弱的時候，巴迪尼的淨利仍標青。如今令吉兌人民幣回升，可進一步提高其淨利賺幅，可謂錦上添花。

值得留意的是，由于令吉兌人民幣匯率在4月才顯著上揚，因此巴迪尼的2017財政年第3季業績不會明顯反映這個利好因素。

令吉兌人民幣匯率今年首3個月，上升0.19%，至1.55元，現已進一步升高至1.59，年初至今的總漲幅是2.66%。大馬研究分析員預測，人民幣在2017至2019財政年的平均匯價分別是1.56、1.58和1.59。
實際上，第3季（1月至3月）和第4季（4月至6月）原本就是巴迪尼拼銷售的旺季。主因是華人農曆新年和開齋節將帶動消費者情緒。今年的開齋節落在6月25日。

除此之外，據大馬經濟研究院（ MIER），今年第1季的消費者情緒按年和按季分別上升6.8點和3.7點，至76.6點，說明消費者情緒已開始好轉，但與100點榮枯線仍相去甚遠。

擴增店面拼銷售

展望將來，巴迪尼的發展策略保持不變，也就是在更多商場開設店面來拼銷售。
該公司在2017財政年將開設3家新分店，計為在Mytown商場開設1家Vincci分店和1家Padini概念店，以及在吉隆坡美拉華蒂商場開設另一家概念店，今年尾在雲頂名牌購物商城和甘拔士永旺商場再開2家新分店。

另外，巴迪尼有意在2018年在海外開拓新商機，分析員不排除該公司通過聯營或連鎖店的方式，在區域國家的新城市開設分店。

現金充裕或增派股息

巴迪尼的財務狀況相當穩健，即使必須保留部份現金來開設新店面，但大馬研究分析員不排除該公司在2017財政年派發比往年更高的股息。

以2017財政年上半年的8309萬令吉累積淨利攤平計算，巴迪尼的全年淨利料為1億6618萬令吉，換成每股計算的淨利是25.26仙。

今年料派息14.65仙

巴迪尼目前已派每股5仙股息。按2017財政年的預估淨利每股25.26仙計算，假如該公司像2016財政年般拿出約58%淨利來派發股息， 2017財政年料派每股14.65仙股息。更何況，巴迪尼現在沒有任何負債，同時手握龐大現金。

截至去年12月31日止，該公司持有的現金是3億8402萬令吉，相等於每股58仙。
肯納格研究分析員對此表示，「我相信巴迪尼股東正期待該公司在現財政年更大方地派發股息，這也是巴迪尼股價近期大漲的主因之一。」

股價破投行目標

令吉兌美元匯率回升，降低巴迪尼控股成衣進口成本，加上消費者情緒好轉，分析員看好該公司可在2017年財政年第3季取得不俗的佳績。同時，手持充裕現金的巴迪尼不排除會加派股息。

巴迪尼股價在過去4個多月里多次改寫歷史新高，年初至今急升88.1仙或34.84%，至周五（ 12日）的3.41令吉。消費股指數同期只上漲8.98%。

那巴迪尼股價接下來是否還有上升空間？

據《彭博社》，共有11名分析員追蹤巴迪尼，給予的目標價介於2.79至4.50令吉。而大馬研究和肯納格研究掛上的目標價分別是3.18令吉至2.83令吉。

巴迪尼股價如今已做到3.28令吉，超越了其中8名分析員所設下的目標價。雖然如此，大馬研究和肯納格研究均表示，巴迪尼的估值仍便宜，他們會評估其2017財政年第3季業績之後，才調整目標價。

巴迪尼的當前本益比是13.87倍，遠低於消費股指數的34.72倍。同時，即使股價大漲後將巴迪尼的周息率壓低至3.51%，但仍高過消費股指數的3.09%。

Padini current PE is 14, compared to consumer Index PE 35

Forget about PE 35, lets just say PE 17, share price should be 4.1 base on current annualized EPS of 24 cents

But this is still very conservative, as we should look at forward EPS, which should be easily 32 cents, apply PE17, share price should be 5.4

Better performance expected in 3Q and 4Q as seasonally both are strong quarters for the group, if Q2 can deliver EPS 8.28 cents, i think Q3 & Q4 9-10 cents is possible
