ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CONVERSION PRICE AND CONVERSION RATIO OF IRREDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES IN YONG TAI BERHAD ("YTB" OR "COMPANY") ("ICPS") PURSUANT TO THE CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 5 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN YTB ("YTB SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 1 AUGUST 2022 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") INTO 1 SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE")

Remarks :
The conversion price of the ICPS and conversion ratio of the ICPS (for ICPS which are not converted into new Shares prior to the Entitlement Date) shall be adjusted pursuant to the Share Consolidation and in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Constitution ("Adjustments").

Pursuant to the Adjustments, the conversion price of ICPS will be adjusted from existing conversion price of RM0.80 each to RM4.00 each.

The conversion ratio of ICPS will be adjusted from existing conversion ratio of 1 ICPS for 1 new Share to 5 ICPS for 1 new Share. The adjustment will be effective on 2 August 2022, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.

Since they lack of revenue and potential... price need to consolidate because no way the price can drop further as this co is not really owned by those 50+ related companies...

After consolidation if continue without good profit, from 0.30+ still got more room to drop back towards 0.10+ territory... at least the co survive these few years ahead..
