just curious which counter with leisure type service can attract tourist and last long? perhaps genting is one of it. legoland? tambun water park? gambang safari? melaka A'Famosa? Bangi Wonderland Theme Park?u name it, all like fireworks only tahan 3 mins, eat viagra also cannot last long. theater tak pernah dengar pun, boleh survive kah?

somemore, which 3 star hotel in malaysia, not to mention in KL can last for more than 10 years? to me, share market in mal is a place for big fish to eat ikanbilis like me. so, gamble at ur own risk.
