Fully agreed with cytew based on current share price of RM0.37, private placement price of RM0.36 n the fact that Yongtai-PA @0.26, which are preference shares are safer with better ranking priority n protection than ordinary shares !!!

you have to understand not all the people can afford your class of hotel.. so by different class of hotel will have different type of customer.. after all this I will say it is a good stratergy.. aiming for all kinds of rmage of customers

Based on theory of 9, Fibonacci Principle , and Cause and effect Principle .

Therefore , Yongtai (7066) is expected to rebound in second half of 2019 to the range as indicated below...

52 weeks high and low range is 155sen (high) to 30 sen (low)

Fibonacci range :

(155 - 30)X0.236+30=59.5

(155－30)X 0.382+30 =77.75

So the expected range of rebound target is between 59.5 sen to 77.5 sen.

#Investingstrategy : Accumulate PA (attractive arbitrage gap available ) and convert them into ordinary shares on 28 November 2019 onwards at ratio 1 to 1

Share price movement due to 2 possibilities, first scenario,share price movement in tandem with earning ,that is called value investing (阴).second scenario,share price movement in tandem with market news or rumors , this is called " goreng "or speculation (阳). In 2015/2016 period, Yongtai share price had moved up from about 50 sen to about 90+sen..And we were part of the operations..No business profit required for it to move up , because it was purely a "阳” scenario.

Kitchen sinking operation, the price might take a dip due to ignorant investors, thereafter will rebound even higher...Look at Genm , Econbhd, OCR...Etc..You also can look at what had happened in 1986, how Tractors Malaysia Bhd took a dip from Rm 3.0 to 90 sen, thereafter rebounded to RM 3.0 after one year....

Why apple boss sold 5 million shares into open market at 36 sen ? to raise fund to help to take up part of PP at 36 sen to ensure sufficient cash flows into the company ?....Same method used by PUC boss ...Think out box and figure out yourself...Don't just think that once boss sold shares into open market means no good to company...

PA- closed at 26.5sen
Variance btw Mother and warrant price is 11 sen.
At current price level, it seem attractive to accumulate more PA, right? Tks.
