why MD willing to sell his direct shares at such low price 0.26 which he bought at 0.8 - 1.0 during 2019, he continues selling his shares since march 2020 at price below 0.4.. from 20% to 12.8%.. and why many directors resigned recently ..

The owners purposely announced the acquisition of SSN to create volume so that they can disposed off the shares at 40+ sens, and this is done before the announcement of multiple Board Resignations.Typical insider trading, knowing that the price is going to drop once the announcement (Resignation of Company Secretary, Principal Officer, Independent Director). SC should instigate an investigation into what is happening inside. Many investors are trapped.
