The private placement end ard september, probably the share price will diluate more than current price. If you have holding power, wait for good price to enter or average down, can foresee good prospect coming up in long term, definetely not short term.

Don't Q yr buying ticket, let them drop 20%~30% only collect. The more you Q the more they dump...as long as they dump the price, they will get much; lower PP entry tickets; The low cost tickets will go to whose pocket? You know it ~ ~

Are you nuts. PP is always lower. Its for investors to come in. Depends on who the investor is. If the investor has good reputation, then why not offer him a stake in the company for less price? He will then have a vested interest to improve the company. If Bill Gates wanna invest in your company, you'll surely give a good deal. Money is not all that matter in assessing a PP.

the problem is the pp investor who bought at very low price than market already sold their shares immediately with handsome profit when the pp is listing in market. They will do this trick again and again... minority always loser..
