I think shark collect in average of 14-15 for some time before they will move it up.It is unreasonable counter with huge profit and projects behave like that

Pursuant to the Share Sale Agreement dated 13 April 2017 entered into between VHB and the Vendors for the WSSB acquisition, the vendors irrevocably and unconditionally guarantee jointly and severally to VHB that the Profit After Tax ("PAT") for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 and financial year ending 31 December 2018 (“Guaranteed Financial Years”) of WSSB shall not be less than RM82,591,000 in respect of the Guaranteed Financial Years.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 April 2018 received audited financial statement of WSSB for the financial year ended 31 December 2017. The reported PAT is RM28,577,520.

for short term i think most of the construction company will b affect.... this share might b drag down on the sector as well. supporting level at 0.10. if monday stil opening at 125 or 130 i will sell all n buy back later. not sure got chance to sell or not...

This stock will up... because is a turnaround company and now have bright future after government change... The director always get project from pro ph construction company like vertice, zenith and last time join penang tunnel project before... I will buy in Monday not matter up or down and keep 3 months for profit.
