fankl113, not always the case. PP is done due to the company is collecting funding from "interested investors". What the company is going to to with the funds collected is very important.

If the company make use of the funding to embark on projects that will bring positive revenue to the company then yes, PP is very good. If PP on a bad company, it is useless and will not bring any positive growth to the company.

Substantial shareholder collecting tickets usually meant 2 things. Firstly, they in the opinion that the company share price is selling at discount and they themselves are confident with the outlook of the company. Secondly, they do not want their share price to tumble as nobody is buying.

It doesnt indicates that the counter will limit up. Good growth good prospects not equals to limit up hahaha.. Just my 2 cents thoughts.
