Takaso Resources: Looking into defence venture. Takaso may form a new subsidiary to partner Amdac Sdn Bhd a contractor with about 20 years of experience in building and supplying vehicles for the Ministry of Defence (Mindef). Business Times was told that Takaso had hired TA Global to help advise the company on how best a deal can be structured to form a partnership with Amdac. Amdac could be a goldmine as it is involved in the Adiwira ITMS project. The Adiwira ITMS, which could cost as much as MYR500k a unit, is a 4x4 interchangeable tactical mobility. （吉隆坡10日訊）根據“馬新社”報導指出，達加富資源（TAKASO，7071，主要板消費）間接獲得一項價值12億的軍事車輛供應合約。

　該報導指出，業內人士透露，該公司的合作夥伴Pesaka Astana有限公司，昨日從國防部獲得提供300輛車輛的合約。每輛車成本為40萬令吉，Pesaka Astana有限公司將會與達加富資源共同負責該合約。

　公司在本月4日向大馬交易所報備時說，公司已與Pesaka Astana有限公司簽訂合作備忘錄，並會進一步洽談該合約。

　達加富資源說，他們與Pesaka Astana有限公司獲得3份國防部頒發的意向書（LOA），希望能與他們合作。

　第1份意向書內容是特別飛行機合約，為皇家空軍的貢科達（Gong Kedak）空軍基地提供蘇愷（Sukhoi）戰鬥機配件。

　第2份意向書內容是與陸軍步兵商談，提供與運送 AMDAC 戰機配件。

　第3個意向書內容是為哥打三瑪拉漢（Kota Samarahan）提供與運送戰機配件，及為皇家空軍的實文然（Simunjan）空軍基地提供綜合雷達。

　該公司給大馬交易所文告聲明，目前只是初步文件，讓雙方討論詳細內容，一切都還未確定。

　根據該報導指出，Pesaka Astana有限公司在過去20年都是國防部的承包商，主要負責製造和組裝等業務。

Why ptakaso drop 2 cents yesterday before the announment out after closed market ? today morning may have people rush in to buy and this is the time they sell the share to you. This is so call buy in rumour sell on fact ...... this is the game on speculation counter. Just careful

As said before both of this 2 company have no chance of collaborate,since the core of business of these company is totally not related at all.If AMDEC need financing,she can directly approach to bank for loan,what for need to join venture with Takaso?Exception lah, if the military vehicle want to install some orgasm system in their car lol :)
