US CPI for July 2022 rose 8.5% which's lower than estimated (8.7%). Inflation had been decelerated. Good sign for economy.

OCR has bagged the construction project of YOLO Signature Suites which worth RM116.1 million and RM200.9 million in unbilled sales from ongoing property projects. Both of the earnings will be recognized in the next two years. Moreover, its share price is traded below its NTA which means it's still low risk and traded discounted price. Give it some time and it will show strong business growth in future

Plus, OCR has jointly contracts with Magna Prima to develop the Section 15 land into an integrated e-commerce logistic hub which worth RM1.5 billion in estimated GDV. The businesses of OCR will be undoubtedly robust in upcoming quarters.
