The Board of Directors of Takaso Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 October 2014 entered into a conditional Shares Sale Agreement with Dynavance Construction Sdn. Bhd. ("Dynavance") to acquire the entire issued and paid-up capital of Dynavance.

The WB pressing down everyday. Those buy the WB can consider to covert into mother shares by paying additional 0.35. Once done, you get a mother share worth 0.655 now if the price still remained after you converted it. If you doing right now, approximately take you 2-3weeks to convert into mother. No peoples know what will happen in next 2-3weeks.

For my observation, this could be one of the reason they keep pressing down the WB and convert their WB into mother. Once the share convert into mother share, they will sell it to the open market and get instant 20% profits or more if the mother share continue to rise. Once they converted all their Wb, i believe there will be a huge drop on mother. Very dirty tactic :)
