This SEACERA story is getting stranger and stranger day by day??

Why DTWL agreed with company ON 25/4/19 not to issue fresh notice of EGM until and unless they are members of at least 10% of the company YET the announcement on 2/5/19 shows that DTWL has 15.719 % after disposing 3m shares!!!
