Reference is made to the announcement on 26 April 2019 and 21 May 2019 made by the Company.





The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company as a Guarantor for the facilities taken by Seacera Ceramics Sdn Bhd, has received a Letter of Demand dated 19 June 2019 from AmBank Islamic Berhad, demanding a payment of RM18,306,705.17 (including the future profit) in respect of total amount outstanding and due payable under the Murabahah Tawarruq Term Financing-I and Cashline-I.



The Company is required to settle full settlement within seven (7) days from 19 June 2019, failing which AmBank Islamic Berhad shall proceed with necessary action as deemed fit and all costs to be incurred by the Company.



The Company is seeking legal advice on the matter.



This announcement is dated 20 June 2019

how is this possible people dont check their shareholding then call for egm, for twice? lebih baik these directors dapat cari pentas untuk turun nanti. buat malu like clown if wrong side is at directors nanti.

based on my detective conan genes i can tell these directors are dragging the time with any possible way regardless of legality. either gorek the company sampai kosong then cabut lari, or waiting something to sumbat the lobang on the company before kena discovered.

Buy when everyone is panic selling! Considering the losses from the report and the solvency issues the company are facing, share price is still stable at the price of 0.2+/-. This signal to us that bulk of shares are being held by various big players, I speculate that this stock will go up in the near future. Just my two cents.
