The new board seems to plan to do a right issue exercise to raise fund.
Price of share will plunge if that is the case.

Just look at what happen to Dayang & Perdana that do a right issue recently. Their share price plunge by more than 30%.

not easy to sell asset nowadays, lots of overhang in property sector. property developer also bleeding..that why tile sales not enough.

This hostile take over looks simple, but to execute the plan..wait la. Seacera not that rich with asset easy to dispose.

Quarterly accounts can not be submitted on time. It seems like the former directors just resigned & wash hands. The former directors it seems have inflicted much damage to the company.

Revenue only less than Rm1 millions with huge losses

Looks like going to saw tong or tutup kedai

One one thing good is at least Seacera is honest. Reported as it is without book cooking unlike QL Resources cooked its book by showing 13.5% gross profit for Oil palm activities

BOTH SEACERA AND QL SHOULD BE SOLD OFF

SEACERA IS DOWN AND OUT

WHILE QL IS UP AND OUT
