1.5sen is the 4th interim dividend. Historically, Magni never gives out dividend in the middle of the year. Something good is brewing since they are a cash rich company???

Ubi berisi - not a bad way to describe Magni! No need to ring all the bells like those kaki goreng like to do with the other "hot" counters...Just collect & wait for durian runtuh....

Magni has grown annual profits by 20% for many years. If we just assume a conservative 10% growth in next 5 years, assigning a PE10, further discounted by 15% for any margin of error.. Magni is valued at 3.2.

Even with very conservative valuation, valuing Magni at 3.2 suggesting we have more than 30% undervaluation at current price 2.1.

Now the KLCI is on an abnormal trend. good or not good is traders said, not fundamental said.

This trend will eventually end but dunno when.
