All are share quantity counting game.

Some share goreng high2 no investor follow so d price hovering very high for long time.

But when goten high n u go n buy- hehe i bet u it will immediately drop.


Sharks know how many share u own n at what price u sell on daily basis but u wont know their hidden card ( ie: how many sgare they own) cos they have many proxies n they can goreng or manipulate via proxy account

my suggestion:
1. if you have warrant, sell them all, you are not gonna exercise at 0.2
2. if you have PA, convert them all into mother and subscribed RI to bring down ur avg price
3. if you have mother, please subscribe RI

after this exercise, i believe the avg price of majority shareholder will become 0.07, they need not the share price go up that high already.

Please be extremely careful (best to avoid 100%) of this stock. Tawin will never be a stock with fundamental. Once in a while there will be a cyclical play but keep in mind you are at the mercy of the sharks. Another similar counter is eversendai. Please stay away from these counters. Despite RM500 million turnover, Tawin cannot make profits?

Once rights issue announced, that too twice in such a short span, means that this stock is out there to benefit the major shareholders big time in many ways that what meets the eye. There are lots and lots of good stocks out there with fundamental. Please stay away from TAWIN, otherwise you will regret. I do not want to give any examples of "good stocks". I am sure you can identify good stocks easily.
