I'm aware, but to be authentically profitable, I have to realise BOTH a capital gain AND dividend income...else it's just cheating...:D

Anyways, no plans to sell anytime soon coz of the dividend streams in the futuer :D

Uchitec resale additional 398,800 treasury share between RM2.84-2.85. Together with earlier resold proceed, should total up about RM2mil cash. Hope this amount will be redistributed back to shareholder in addition to usual dividend payout.

This is speculation. Management should not trade stock but focus on running the business.

Stop excessive ESOS is better than selling treasury shares if Management intends to increase shareholder value.

Unfortunately, the directors and management of Uchi think current level is over priced despite it is still below intrinsic value. Retailers are buying/holding while the directors/management are selling.
