EPF 投资户口的成绩单

从 2012 开始, 我持续的每 3 个月就从 EPF 提钱出来, 用做股票投资户口, 印象中好像做过 5次的提款转至 AMARA 的股票户口, 过后就停了将近一年.

很多人都知道可以用 EPF 的钱去投资 UNIT TRUST (UT), 却不知道也可以用来直接投资股票, 而且完全自己做主, 不需要靠 UT. 当然, 要做这样的投资用途, 提款的数额是有一定的限制, 就看不同的投行的条件.

刚开始知道有这个好康, 我也是很兴奋地向朋友介绍. 结果, 还是被浇了一身冷水, 以至我过后都鲜少提起. 冷水原因不外几个:

1. EPF 是养老金, 怎么可以提出来做这种高风险投资?
2. EPF 给的利息向来不错, 而且高过银行. 你能确保股票投资能吗?
3. 我觉得相比之下, 还是 EPF 投资在 UT 比较安全, 至少 UT 是有一队基金经理来处理.

而我本身, 我只知道我这个户口这两年的成绩是比放在 EPF 等那 6% 回酬好, 也没真正的去计算. 因为心里总想着, 反正这笔钱也只能在退休后才能提出来, 还有很长的时间, 就不费神去看仔细.

昨天, 刚收到每半年一次的 Statement, 翻看到最后一页, 在最左下角的角落, 才发现原来从 03/07/12 开始, 到 30/6/14 的大约 2 年里, 我这个 EPF 的户口幸运地被我滚出了 193% 的总回酬 这真的是我始料不及的. 我也知道这是拜这轮牛市所赐.

如果计算埋昨天 WEIDA 的表现, 那个总回酬应该是超过 200% 了 因为我整个 EPF 的户口只剩不到 RM100.00 的现金, 100% ALL IN 在 WEIDA 而已. 所以在图片中的右上角, 可以清楚看到我的 ASSET ALLOCATION % 是 EQUITY 100%.

ALL IN 难吗? 不难, 只要你知道你在买什么.

而且, 真正的投资, 真的是很单调的, 从报告中的分析, 在 SECTOR DISTRIBUTION (EQUITY) % 那一部分, 可以看得出来, 我整副 EPF 的身家, 就只买一个 INDUSTRY & MANUFACTURING 的 Segment, 也就是 WEIDA.

所以, 股票投资不贵多, 好股只要一只, 就可以让你升天.
