大股東低價回購憑單 實值木品股價或見底

今年初宣佈憑單行使價不會因為面值削減，而使得憑單價錢大跌的實值木品（PWORTH，7123，主要板工業），大股東最近披露他正買進實值木品-WA（PWORTH-WA，7123WA，主要板憑單）。

根據大馬交易所的公告，該公司最大股東林玉福（譯名）在3月總共買進了333萬單位憑單，使他的憑單持有量增至437萬單位。

不願調低憑單行使價

實值木品-WA的價錢近期在4.5仙至6仙波動。林玉福在去年5月賣出2560萬份憑單，並只剩下104萬份憑單。實值木品-WA當時的價錢是在10仙左右。

實值木品在去年4月4日，宣佈該憑單實值木品-WA行使價將根據面值削減而有所調整，使得投資者對該憑單走高有期望而走勢強勁。

隨著大股東之后在高價沽貨，實值木品-WA價錢就逐步回調。正當投資者盼望憑單行使價調低之際，實值木品卻在1月宣佈，實值木品-WA將不會調整行使價后使得該憑單價在1月20日大跌。

實值木品不願把憑單行使價調低，可能和該公司正在進行中的另外一項企業計劃有關。

實值木品也將發行最多相等于5000萬令吉的可贖回可轉換股票據（RCN）。RCN持有人可以根據預定方案轉換為普通股。

這些RCN投資者也明顯不願看到憑單行使價被降低。首批RCN已在3月初發出，而這批RCN已最近被持有人根據14.1仙的轉換價，轉換成實值木品股票。

隨著大股東開始買進公司憑單及RCN的發行和轉換，股價從去年5月40仙左右的高峰，猛挫下來的實值木品股價，或許在近期見底而有所反彈。

綜合上述條件以及近期木基行業的復甦，投資者可考慮在低價隨大股東買進公司股票或憑單。

this counter keep hit lowest, when you thought it is bottom, but it continue to drop..NTA is useless and the company keep loosing money...so will see another bottom, fast fast cut lost and switch to other counters...

After acquiring Beta Bumi in the 1st Quarter, its log output has improved from January 620 cu.m and February 251 cu.m to March 5,884 cu.m and April 6,587 cu.m. With sawntimber & plywood prices going up, can this be another GPharos in the making ?
