Will die? Why reneuco can issue 350mil Redeemable Convertable Bonds? The purpose of issue 350mil Redeemable Convertable Bonds for what? Who buy these bond?

His market capital only have 119 mil, this year revenue only 60 mil, What ability does he have to issue 350mil bond?

Reneuco have ability issue 350mil Redeemable Convertable Bonds means he already have a huge project on hand.

If ecrl ipp project value 470 mil per year, base on 60 mil revenue this year, how much he can grow in the future?

Nonsense. 350m to be issue in 4 tranche but each tranche got unlimited sub tranche. Price of new share to be issue is 80% of previous 3 market days closing price. They convert bit by bit and sell also we die. Minimum price that can be issued is $0.10. You look at the conversion price for the tranches so far. Going lower and lower

Coupon is 2% PA paid semi annual
SC, Bursa and Management conspire to cheat small shareholders. Luckily I got loss at 1 go when price was 19 cents. Should just cut and let those cheats hold the convertable bonds forever

Total issue is RM320M. Till date the company had only buy can convert RM18m. He doesn't need to buy the Bond in 1 tranche. Can buy when he wants to convert

they never make any impariment loss when karim was caught cooking serba's books. SCIB did it earlier. We know KPower also got goreng by Karim. probably now only do impairment due to the trade receivable.

@tony223, don't just look at final QR, study the income statement detail. QR loss 125mil, mainly due to 132.5mil impairment loss of contract assets and acct receivable. Without the impairment loss, actually Reneuco has profit of 7.5mil, which is the highest since Mar 2021. Hopefully the profit can sustain in the quarters coming.
