think the LOA should be very soon since the ECRL has to be operational by 2027, so it means Cita&Reneu have about 3 years to build the power plant which is roughly the timeframe needed for a hydro plant. Solar should be faster as long as land land is available....note that MASDAR is also going 2 develop a 2GW RE plant in pahang together with Cita, there are rumors that this is also part of the power generation for ECRL.......

@Eagle77 these r construction works, reneuco is involve in power generation and since it is an independent power producer project government will not provide funding, reneuco and cita has to look for funding thenselves, the article u just shared is for EPCC jobs
