I agree with you. I read somewhere -

"It has a clean balance sheet with 52 million cash vs 17 millions borrowing.
EPS is 12.57sen (16.6million) for FY2011.
NTA RM1.27. Share price is RM0.76
It is good to have for long term holding".

I got info from RHB OSK remisier that this company (ULICORP) will be privatised soon..the counter was distributed since last week at 0.76-0.77..today the counter moves up to 0.78..if the info is right..next week most probably will be gap up and played , goreng habis..

Moon NG...juz back to my desk...current upleg is the major 3rd wbich is overextended.Res is 1.07...shud take profit n wait for pullback close to 0.96 to buy for v short term trade.Becos current upwave is overextended,it is better to wait for pullbacks b4 u reenter n not add more at current 1.02-1.07 zone.

if you are not playing contra, this counter will be very good for investment. PE only 6.3x at the moment, meaning the price is still low and not discover by the market yet. 5 years net profit is good and stable. 5 years cash flow also good and increasing. Dividend policy also good and improving. Dividend yield around 4-5%

I have done my research few months ago and entered with nice price, this counter with FCF of 14M after deduction of liabilities. Business nature overall is quite good.
