On 6 January 2020, AmInvestment Bank announced, on behalf of the Board that NICE proposes
to seek the approval of its shareholders for, amongst others, the Proposed Diversification to
enable the Group to expand its existing core business to include construction business and
Property Related Business

Upon research on this company actually they trying to exit jewerly and diverst to contruction business lol. Are you sure this company have any storage of gold ?

This is from 26-Jun QR report already shown most of the revenue come from Contruction.

13. Detailed Analysis of Group Performance for the Current Quarter and Financial

The Group recorded a turnover of RM4.57 million for the current quarter and RM5.36 milion
for the financial period-to-date. This was an increase of 218% against the RM1.44 million
revenue reported for the comparative financial quarter in previous financial year. Subsequent
to the diversification exercise undertaken during the current quarter, the Group has managed
to generate RM3.08 million revenue from the newly added construction and property related
business. The pre-existing jewellery business contributed RM1.49 million revenue during the
current quarter compared to RM1.44 million in the corresponding quarter in previous
financial year. The demand for jewellery remains low due to persistent global economic
uncertainty and recent COVID-19 pandemic around the world.

Poh Kong and Tomei are retailers .
its still their core business. Yes they are looking for diversification. Thats to expand their stream of income. Which retailers are doing well during this time.

investor_lauzy: 30% limit up is for counters that are above RM1 only. As for counters that are below RM1, the limit up is +30sen.

Current gold price is 2,071.20. This is such a surprise as I was expecting it to hover around 2,060 only.

NICE is just a jewellery shop, but in this year's crazy bull run, anything related to a certain trend will still benefit from the main benefactor's run.

It's like using an umbrella in the rain. Your umbrella gets the most amount of rain. Your upper body can remain dry but can you say the same for your feet? That's how it works.
