Base on Awards of Contract 14 September 2015, this kind of QR already expected.
However, in order the share price can go up, some more ripening (New Contract) still required.

Compared with preceding quarter, the revenue had decreased by 26.3% from RM314.77 million to RM231.97 million as a result of
softer start to the calendar year due to the extended festive season breaks. Profit before tax also decreased from RM31.76 million in
last quarter to RM25.13 million mainly due to the lower sales.

From financial perspective, it shall be compare with previous year same quarter,never people compare with preveding one, if not, it will be bias.

Current earnings reflected in current price already. Yet the company still have 70% unused capacity. Just be patience...it will jump when they get new contracts.
