Fry when the wok is still hot.But be careful,don't burn your fingers...
My personal opinion is the wok is not over heated yet, after all Scomi has been lagging behind for so long and it seems that the "gate keeper" has eventually "open the sesame"....lol..

My tipster told me that institutional program buy all at below 0.50cents ..... so this speaks volume that it will go higher than 0.50cents soon.
