For those who wish to continuously monitor Scomies performance, do look at the happenings of Graphene Nanochem plc (GN) listed in the LSE. A lot of the drilling fluid orders received by GN are corelated to the drilling activities of Scomies.

Sure, ending the legal spat do provide the much needed breathing space for Scomien and in turn will also benefit Scomi Group. On Feb 27, it was reported that any unfavourable outcome on the litigation with Prasarana could have adverse effect for the group. Although a major obstacle that hinders progress out of the way, is yet to be out of the woods. Much improvement still have to be acheived. At least is a pleasant piece of news indeed. At parties can now move forward with the 3rd supplemental contract.

Scomi Group Bhd has taken up a 30% interest in renewable energy company Strong Elegance Sdn Bhd to provide itself an avenue to undertake new businesses related to the construction and development of solar photovoltaic plants.

Scomi said the remaining interest in Strong Elegance is held by Synergy Generated Sdn Bhd (40%), which owns and operates a five megawatt solar photovoltaic plant in Setiu, Terengganu, and Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (30%)

Solar power is taking Malaysia by storm these days..and renewable solar energy has now become a hot theme within Malaysia's energy industry.

MIDA will be revealing the M'sian PV roadmap 2030 this year and companies with Solar PV exposure is expected to gain handsomely from such an initiative...

There could be a paradigm shift into solar energy related counters soon!! (Thrive 0118 sudah jalan...sekarang maybe Scomi...which counter is next??)

Bought the share becoz of the news on last few days. But, today it doesnt seem like rise too much. For solar power energy, does it mean scomi can hold for some time?

The RSI is approaching to 70, MACD is moving upward to form the curve. Anyone can teach me how to look at the Bollinger band? There will be uptrend formed if the Bolinger band open wide?

Too early to pop the champagne. Still a lot of hard work ahead as far as the actual business operation is concerned. She is not out of the woods yet. T4 on Monday will tell us weather or not she (the price) will hold. Correction is likely the case for price to retreat around 0.185/0.19.
