PENTAMASTER Corp hit a high of RM1.53 in early session, the best level since September 2005 before reversing to finish marginally lower absorbing profit-taking selling. Technically, prices are set to correct further due to overbought reason, but investors can consider accumulating more on weakness, as the bulls are expected to resume the rally later, simply because the moving average convergence/divergence histogram still is painting a promising pictogram. The immediate target is seen at the RM1.60 mark and the next objective will be to test the RM1.80 heavy resistance barrier. Initial support is at RM1.45, followed by the 21-day simple moving average of RM1.36.

People take profit a bit to buy construction counters. No need to worry, Penta has good fundamental. The trend has no reason to stop at least for another quarter or two.

Fantastic results. Penta recorded the best revenue and profit in the history. They are a growing company. Next QR also most probably will record an EPS that better than last year. TP 1.80. No reason to sell now.

2 years to go the Inari way, in terms of growth and share price appreciation. But with the solid fundamental business model, I wonder why bother investing in other semi-com related stocks? Penta is backed with very resilient model, healthy financials, adept management and more importantly sustainable growth.
