At first, u guys must have to know how many exactly the outstanding shares it has, include invisble rcps shares... If u dont know it, that mean u dont know calculate its market value... If u dont know market value, how u going to evalute it reasonable or cheap or expensive?!

This developer have build many iconic building. Ever been the Shore Melaka sky garden? Is it wonderful? And many more projects like this going on. A good developer like this never have big boys playing here, only small kaki playing. For current price, is far too low to it actual value.
Accumulate, bright prospect for this company. Huge contract book value, will last at least for the next 2 years. Likely will give good dividdend in the coming quarterly results..
summary of event for Kerjaya since Jan 2016. Till Aug 2016, it has contracts worth RM2.9 billion which will keep it busy till 2018 with a profit guarantee of RM 150mil per year. Which is very good and marvellous.
Kerjaya is confident it will beat management’s profit guidance of RM80 million for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2016 (FY2016) and RM110 million for FY2017.
