It is useless when you talk to investor who does not use technical chart to analyse the share price.
This investor is not in the same frequency as you are.

According to TA, I agreed with you both the share prices of MSC and PMBTech are showing buy signals now.

The share prices of these 2 stocks are above "Golden Cross Buy" signal (I used 20-day EMA to cut above 70-day SMA).

The share prices of these stocks are above 18-week EMA which you used.
I used 20-week EMA which is also showing the share price of these 2 stocks are above 20-week EMA.

It means uptrend momentum is very strong for these 2 stocks.
Investor who used TA to buy will buy these 2 stocks.

Can see where they are coming, a stock below rm3 in year 2020 is now rm14. From that pov, it is overvalued.
But if the future demand for silicon is high, and the supply is limited, for sure it will shoot up again.
Previous shoot up to rm15 was due to silicon price surge.
Recently the price has stabilised

PMBTech is a good counter to hold. No doubt it will be risky for short term holder but will benefit for long term holder. Those who judged this counter overvalued then u may quit this forum. No one will listen to stupead’s analysis. This price may be factored in but yet more to come . If hold at least 10 yrs u will benefit from multiplying effect and also impressive pay off
