All the resolutions already approved by the shareholders . PMBTECH and PRESS METAL ALUMINIUM HOLDING BERHAD , both of this companies are run by the same management , so if Press Metal boleh PmbTech pun tetap boleh dan sentiasa boleh . There are no reason why PMBTECH tidak boleh if Press Metal always boleh dan tetap boleh . The only thing is we must trust

this stock low liquidity only. that's why the price swing. but with the upcoming silica metal which can contribute rm10mil to it's existing bottom line. the price should be around rm7 or rm3.5 post split

Take action first before the " Pakar-pakar " start to cover on this PmbTech counter like Press Metal those day or last time and now how famous Press Metal was now . this happen to illiquid stock,no buy can up till 10.00 also can,but if buy can down till 4.00,if keep buying a lot then 3.50 also can.....all pakat and tipu cos they can control
